Secure, Reliable, and Easy-to-Maintain
Our RXM-LED series is designed for use in many cleanroom applications utilizing the 4″ IMP walkable ceiling system. It is offered in a 1’x1’ and 2’x2’ with multiple lumen outputs.
IMP ceilings are often used in environments with temperature control needs, industrial settings, or areas exposed to humidity or harsh chemicals. Our RXM-LED series will be able to be securely mounted, withstand environmental conditions, and support the structural properties of the ceiling while providing easy maintenance access.
Built to Last
The robust housing secures directly to the plenum-side IMP surface. Our 16 gauge Top Access Plate has a 600# accidental walk-on load rating but also seals to the housing with closed cell gaskets to prevent contaminant intrusion from the plenum space.
Thoroughly Tested
The RXM-LED has been designed to meet:
- Suitable for use in 4” IMP Ceilings
- Suitable for use in ISO-3 clean rooms (209E Class 1)
- USP 797 and USP 800 compliant.
- IP66 rated
- UL Listed wet location
Versatile
The RXM-LED can be manufactured with Amber LED arrays to fit specific cleanroom needs. Amber lighting is low-level lighting that allows humans and wildlife to coexist peacefully by reducing the harmful effects of artificial lighting. It is used explicitly in the litographic process.
